Please be advised that every product Luxe Femme Silhouettes sells is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Orders are shipped as quickly as we can. Shipping of orders can take one to two weeks. 

Luxe Femme Silhouettes Business will try to deliver the order as soon as possible.

USPS delivers every order.

Please contact your local post office if your order is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it. Any lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Luxe Femme Silhouettes.

Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address and contact number to receive items. Luxe Femme Silhouettes will not be responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address. 

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email from me once your order has been created letting you know when your order will be shipped, along with a tracking number you can use to check on its progress. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Luxe Femme Silhouettes Business is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
